King Road Water Line Relocation (KRWLR)
Rural Water District No. 5, Rogers County
RURAL WATER DISTRICT NO. 5, ROGERS COUNTY
Sealed proposals will be received by the Rural Water District No. 5, Rogers County, Claremore, Oklahoma, at 25254 South 4100 Road, Claremore, OK 74019 until 2:00 p.m. May 12, 2014 for a water line relocation in Claremore, Oklahoma at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the scheduled time for closing will be returned unopened.
The work includes the following:
Construction of 320 LF of 6” Water Line, 102 LF of 12” Bore and HDPE Casing, and all appurtenances.
Plans and Specifications are on file and can be seen and obtained online at http://www.hubengineers.com under “Bid Documents” or at the Office of Holloway, Updike & Bellen Inc., 818 East Side Boulevard, P.O. Box 1543, Muskogee, Oklahoma, 74402; (918) 682-7811. Payment Options: Online Download $50.00 or ½ size Paper Set $75.00, none of which are refundable. All checks for paper documents shall be made payable to Holloway, Updike & Bellen. BIDDER must purchase plans and specifications from Holloway, Updike and Bellen, Inc. either directly for paper plans and specifications or through our website for download. BIDDER must be on plan holders list at Holloway, Updike and Bellen, Inc. in order to submit a bid.
The proposals filed with the Rural Water District No. 5, Rogers County shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Cashier’s Check for Five Percent (5%) of the total amount of bid, payable to the Rural Water District No. 5, Rogers County.
The following bonds will be required from the Contractor:
Performance Bond in the Full Amount of the Contract Price
Statutory Public Works Bond for payment of all labor and materials used in the construction of such improvements in the Full Amount of the Contract Price
