NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposals from Contractors / Suppliers for the construction of the JUSTUS-TIAWAH PUBLIC SCHOOLS NEW GYMNASIUM, for selected bid packages to be received by Justus-Tiawah Public Schools (the “Owner”), Brewer Construction Company of Eastern Oklahoma (the Construction Manager), and Boynton Williams & Associates (the Architect). All bids will be received at the Cafeteria of Justus-Tiawah Public Schools - North Campus, 14902 E. School Road, Claremore, Oklahoma on August 6, 2013 at 2:00 pm, at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read.
The Contract Documents will be available for examination beginning July 17, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the office of Brewer Construction Company in Chouteau, Oklahoma and at Justus-Tiawah Public Schools, Superintendent's Office, Claremore, Oklahoma. The Contract Documents will also be available for examination beginning July 17, 2013, online at Isqft.com, McGraw-Hill Construction Dodge, and Reed Construction Data and the following Tulsa area locations: Bid News and Southwest Construction News.
The bidding documents, including the drawings and specifications, may be obtained from Brewer Construction Company, Project Construction Manager, 701 South Chouteau Ave, Chouteau, Oklahoma 74337, Phone (918) 476-5811 upon receipt of a deposit of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($ 150.00) per set, refundable if bidding documents are returned in good condition within 7 days of bid date.
All Bidders for this project are required to meet all qualification requirements as established in these bid documents. Furthermore, each Bidder may not withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening of bids. Bidders are to refer to Construction Manager's Bid Book for the listing of individual bid packages.
The Construction Manager and Architect will conduct a pre-bid conference on JULY 30, 2013 @ 10:00 AM at Justus-Tiawah Public Schools, Claremore, Oklahoma.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids.
