THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: SHANNA A LAWRENCE aka BERNARD

The Sheriff of ROGERS County, Oklahoma, Greetings:

You will take notice that the Plaintiff, FAUST CORPORATION, filed its petition in the District Court of ROGERS County, Oklahoma, against the above-captioned Defendant, SHANNA A LAWRENCE aka BERNARD, seeking a money judgment against Defendant, SHANNA A LAWRENCE aka BERNARD in the amount of $4193.74, and costs and attorney fees and unless Defendant answers said petition on or before the 26 day of August, 2013, said petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered for Plaintiff for $4193.73, with interest at the statutory rate, until paid; a reasonable attorney’s fee and all costs of said action.
