NOTICE IS GIVEN to Ricky Scott Atwell; Spouse, if any of Ricky Scott Atwell; Kathleen Jan Atwell; Spouse, if any of Kathleen Jan Atwell; John Doe, Occupant; United States of America ex rel Department of Housing and Urban Development that on August 22, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:
LOT 16 IN BLOCK 1 OF ROLLING MEADOWS EXTENDED, A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 15 EAST OF THE I.B.&M., ROGERS COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $125,000.00.
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-470, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is Plaintiff and Ricky Scott Atwell and Kathleen Jan Atwell is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $94,183.74 together with interest at 8% per annum from January 1, 2011, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $815.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
