NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

Case No. CJ-2013-126

Notice is given that on the 20 day of June, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., at the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office, located at 201 S. Cherokee Ave., Claremore, Oklahoma, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest bidder, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

LOT ELEVEN (11), BLOCK SIX (6), LOOKING GLASS ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION IN ROGERS COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF;

Subject to unpaid taxes, tax advancement by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, said property having been duly appraised at $115,000.00.  Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution And Order Of Sale issued in accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2013-126, entitled Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee for Argent Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-W2 v. Stacey Darland and Jaime Darland, Husband and Wife; and Unknown Tenants, if any, of 11721 North 191st Place East Collinsville, Oklahoma, being all of the Defendants and persons holding or claiming interest or lien in the subject property.
