Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an execution and order of sale issued out of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, on the 18th day of November, 2013, in an action wherein BOKF, N.A., a National Banking Association d/b/a Bank of Oklahoma as Successor in Interest by Merger to Bank of Oklahoma, N.A., was Plaintiff and Travis E. Blundell and Michelle E. Blundell, Husband and Wife, et al., were Defendants, directed to the Sheriff of Rogers County, Oklahoma, commanding that he levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Rogers County, Oklahoma, as described on the attached
Lot One (1) in Block Eight (8) of TRAILS END ESTATES, a Subdivision that lies in Section 31 and 32, Township 22 North, Range 15 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof
to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against Travis E. Blundell and Michelle E. Blundell, Husband and Wife, et al., obtained and made in said Court on the 13th day of November, 2013, on its cause of action wherein court found there was due $88,962.87, together with interest thereon until paid at the rate of 5.875% per annum from January 1, 2013, plus late charges, plus costs accrued and accruing costs and attorneys’ fees of $2,500.00, plus $465.00 abstract expense, plus $291.32 escrow deficiency; and plus title examination fee; he will on the 16 day of January, 2014, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day in the Sheriff’s Office Main Lobby, in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $105,000.00.
