NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
NOTICE is given that on the 13 day of August, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock A.M., at the Door of the Rogers County Courthouse in Rogers County, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at the time of sale, at public auction to the highest best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
Lot Eleven (11), Block Four (4), of OAKRIDGE AT COOPER RANCH, a Subdivision in a part of the North Half (N/2) of Section 31, Township 21 North, Range 15 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof;
subject to taxes and tax sale, said property being duly appraised at $310,000.00.
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2013-42, wherein Tulsa Teachers Credit Union is Plaintiff and Amy M. Duncan, Derek Duncan, JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, Oakridge at Cooper Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc. and Discover Bank are Defendants to satisfy said judgment of the Plaintiff and the lien of the Defendants as follows:
Judgment in rem against the Defendants, Amy M. Duncan and Derek Duncan, in the amount of $234,129.27, together with interest thereafter at the rate of 5.5% per annum from March 1, 2012, together with abstracting expenses of $480.00, a reasonable attorneys’ fee in the amount of $1,250.00, and for all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
