THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, devisees, trustees, successors, and assigns, immediate and remote, both known and unknown, of HELEN KNIGHT GLOVER, deceased, J.M. DAVIS, deceased, and LOIS B. JONES, deceased.

GREETINGS:

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 20th day of November, 2012, Plaintiff Melton Land Co., LLC filed a Petition in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in the above captioned cause, seeking a determination of the heirs and devisees of Helen Knight Glover, deceased, and seeking a decree quieting title in Plaintiff to the real property hereinafter described and seeking a decree forever barring the Defendants from asserting any right, title, estate, equity, lien, or interest in and to said real property involved in this action, said property described as follows:

The Southerly 1.41 feet of the Northerly 13.41 feet of Lot 14, Block 107 of the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof (herein called “Real Property”).

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that you must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 1st day of March, 2013, or the Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be entered determining the devisees and heirs of Helen Knight Glover, deceased, and quieting fee simple legal and equitable title to the above described real estate to Plaintiff Melton Land Co., LLC
