NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
Notice is given that on the 12 day of September, 2013, at 10:00 am, in the Court Room at the Sheriff’s office at 201 S. Cherokee, in the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
A tract of land in Lot 2 of Section 3, Township 21 North, Range 17 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence S 89˚53’53.4” E 630.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S 0˚04’40” East 163.0 feet; thence N 89˚53’53.4” W 360.0 feet to the Point of Beginning Subject to a 16.5 foot Easement for County Road purposes along its North Boundary and a 25.0 foot Easement along its West Boundary for Road and Utility purposes;
subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, said property having been duly appraised at $102,000.00. Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution And Order Of Sale issued in accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-586, entitled BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff vs. Andrew Raiber and Peggy J. Raiber, being all of the Defendants and persons holding or claiming any interest or lien in the subject property.
