Notice is hereby given that on the 13 day of August, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, A.M., Courtroom of the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to real estate ad valorem taxes, superior special assessments and all interest of record, if any, except the Mortgage and interests foreclosed herein on the following described real property, to-wit:
A tract of land situated in the South Half (S/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township Twenty-three (23) North, Range Seventeen (17) East of the I. B. and M., Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said S/2 SE/4 NE/4; thence Westerly and along the North line of said S/2 SE/4 NE/4 a distance of 149.90 feet; thence Southeasterly a distance of 377.99 feet to a point on the East line of said S/2 SE/4 NE/4; thence Northerly along the East line of said S/2 SE/4 NE/4 a distance of 347.00 feet to the point of beginning, commonly known as 11662 S. 4230 Road a/k/a 11381 S. 4230 Road, Chelsea, OK 74016 (the “Property”)
