NOTICE OF HEARING RETURN OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that Gary F. Glass, Personal Representative of the Estate of Carl F. Quick, deceased, has made a Return of Sale to this Court and presented same for confirmation of the sale of real property made by him of the following described real property situated in the County of Rogers, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
Lot 3 in Block 1 of LAKE PARK ESTATES, a Subdivision in Section 3, Township 21 North, Range 16 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof
The sale is being made to Daniel S. Pierce and Jessica D. Pierce, husband and wife, for the sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($180,000.00), less closing costs, payable in cash, cashier’s or certified check at the time of closing after confirmation of this sale by the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma.
Said sale is being made under power of sale granted the Personal Representative in the Last Will and Testament of Carl F. Quick, and said Return of Sale is on file herein.
The 14 day of July, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. of said day before the undersigned Judge in the District Courtroom of Rogers County Courthouse, 200 South Lynn Riggs Boulevard, Claremore, Oklahoma, 74017, has been appointed by said Court for hearing said Return of Sale, at which time any person interested in said Estate may appear and file his exception in writing to said Return of Sale and contest the same. Reference is hereby made to said Return of Sale for further particulars.
