Notice is hereby given that on the 6 day of March, 2014, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., at the Sheriff’s Office, in Rogers County, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of said Rogers County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction, to the highest and best bidder therefore, with appraisement, all that certain real estate which has been duly appraised at $395,000.00, to-wit:
LOT 19 OF RIVER HILL ESTATES II, A SUBDIVISION IN PART OF SECTION 17 AND PART OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 15 EAST OF THE I.B.& M., ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
subject to taxes, tax sales, expenses for preservation of the involved real estate, prior mortgages and liens and redemption rights, if any.
Said sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale duly issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in the above-numbered case wherein Oklahoma Employees Credit Union, is Plaintiff and those persons or entities set forth above are Defendants.
