NOTICE OF HEARING ON CONFIRMATION OF SALE

TO: Kyle B. Warlick and Jessica L. Warlick, husband and wife; Lesli D. Warlick, former spouse of Kyle B. Warlick; Christopher Mountjoy and Jessica Mountjoy husband and wife; Equishare Credit Union; CACH, LLC; Cathy Baker, ROGERS COUNTY TREASURER; ROGERS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

Notice is given that on the 12th day of March, 2014 at 9:30 o’clock, a.m., before the honorable Dynda R. Post in her Courtroom at the Rogers County Courthouse, 200 S. Lynn Riggs Blvd., Claremore Oklahoma, hearing will be held on the confirmation of the sale of the following described real property, to-wit:

A tract of land situated in the SE/4 of NE/4 of NE/4 of Section 9, Township 19 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said SE/4 of NE/4 of NE/4 and 165.25 feet North from the SE corner thereof; thence S. 89˚47’01” W. 659.29 feet to a point on the West line of said SE/4 of NE/4 of NE/4; thence Northerly along the said West line 205 feet; thence Easterly parallel to the South line 659.33 feet to a point on the East line of said SE/4 of NE/4 of NE/4; thence Southerly 205 feet to the point of beginning.

And a further decree of foreclosure upon the following described personal property located in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

1998 Belmont Homes, Inc. Premier 16 & 80 Manufactured Home, Serial #MSB981680SN33310

Which was sold by the Sheriff of Rogers County, Oklahoma on the 9th day of January, 2014, for the sum of $60,195.32.
