Beginning at a point said point being the Northwest corner of Section 9, Township 21 North, Range 16 East; thence East 458.80 feet along the North line of Section 9 to the Westerly R/W of the BNSF Railroad; thence Southwest along said R/W 902.39 feet to the Point of Beginning said point being Mile Post 397.09 BNSF; thence Southwest along said Westerly R/W 100 feet; thence Southeast perpendicular to the Westerly R/W a distance of 265 feet; thence Northeast 100 feet parallel to the Westerly R/W; thence Northwest 265 feet to the Point of Beginning.
