Public Notice, Advertisement, and Invitation to Bid

For Rogers State University – University Village C Student Housing

1701 W. Will Rogers Boulevard – Claremore, Oklahoma 74017

Bid Date:  February 20, 2014 @ 2:00 PM Central Time, Centennial Hall, Ballroom A First Floor

On Behalf of Rogers State University, Key Construction Company will be receiving sealed bids for construction of a New Cafeteria for Rogers State University to be constructed on their Claremore Campus, at the time, date, and location noted above.

There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting on February 12th, 10:00 AM at RSU Claremore Campus, Centennial Hall, Conference Room B&C on the second floor.

Bids shall be submitted to Rogers State University, address as noted, in Centennial Hall, Ballroom A, on the date and at the time listed above.  Late bids will not be considered.

Bids must be submitted on the Bids Forms included in the Construction Documents.  Bids in excess of $50,000 must include a 5% Bid Bond in the name of Rogers State University.  Non-compliance with this stipulation will be cause for rejection of said bid.

Bidding Documents and Project Plans and Specifications are available at the following locations:  Southwest Construction News, Bid News, Northwest Arkansas Plan Room, and at the Office of Key Construction Oklahoma, LLC.  Contact information for all Bid Document Locations are available by contacting Jason Temme, or Ryan Hoselton, or by calling (918) 362-3201.

Bid Documents are available in Electronic CD Version at No Charge, by Hardcopy with a Refundable Deposit of $100, or at the Cost of Printing Direct from Gill Reprographics, (918) 384-0290.

The Bid Documents are also on file in the RSU Physical Plant Office and are open for public inspection and review during working hours.
