NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
Notice is given that on the 27 day of March, 2014, at 10:00 am, in the Main Lobby at the Sheriff’s office at 201 S. Cherokee, in the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
Lot Eleven (11) in Block Five (5) of Hamilton Crossing, an Addition to the City of Catoosa, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, being part of the NE/4 of the SE/4 and a part of the SE/4 of the NE/4 of Section 20, Township 20 North, Range 15 East of the I.B.&M, according to the recorded plat thereof,
subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, said property having been duly appraised at $135,000.00. Sale will be made pursuant to an Alias Special Execution And Order Of Sale issued in accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-545, entitled Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee, Plaintiff, vs. Cameron Hurd, Occupants of the premises at 999 Clearwater Circle, Catoosa, OK 74015, Hurd Enterprises, LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for GN Mortgage, LLC, being all of the Defendants and persons holding or claiming any interest or lien in the subject property.
