THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: CHRISTOPHER RYAN AND SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF CHRISTOPHER RYAN
TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before the 26th day of November, 2012, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you, awarding the Plaintiff a first mortgage lien upon the following described real estate situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
Lot Nineteen (19), Block Five (5), LOOKING GLASS ESTATES SUBDIVISION to Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, According to the Recorded Plat Thereof;
for the sum of $128,411.08, with 5% interest per annum thereon, or as adjusted by the Note and Mortgage, from the 1st day of April, 2011, until paid; Escrow Advances currently totaling $514.11; late charges in the sum of $56.94; other fees in the sum of $43.00; Corporate Advances if any; said abstract and title expense; the further sum of a reasonable attorney's fee, and the costs of said suit and foreclosing your interest in the property and ordering said property sold with or without appraisement as Plaintiff may elect, all of which you will take due notice.
