THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, TO: Jose Juan Rivera; Delfina Rivera Fernandez, John Doe, Occupant that on January 10, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:
LOT NINE (9), BLOCK TWO (2), PRAIRIE LAKE, A SUBDIVISION IN ROGERS COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 18910 S. Canyon Creek Road, Claremore, OK 74017
subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $150,000.00.
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-421, wherein Bank of America, NA is Plaintiff and Jose Juan Rivera is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $151,166.75 together with interest at 6.75% per annum from December 1, 2011, including late charges, #1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $690.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
The addresses of the Defendant(s), Delfina Rivera Fernandez, and her/his/their unknown successors are unknown to the Plaintiff.
