NOTICE IS GIVEN to Cameron H. Hurd; Spouse, if any, of Cameron H. Hurd; John Doe, Occupant (2970 Spring Street); John Doe, Occupant (2972 Spring Street); Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns; Hurd Enterprises, LLC that on January 17, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S.
