AN ORDINANCE VACATING EASEMENT DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

ALL THAT PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 16 EAST, OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, BEING A PART OF THE TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED IN THE EASEMENT DEED DULY RECORDED IN BOOK 979 AT PAGE 572 IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA (THE “CLERK'S OFFICE”), AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 16 EAST, OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, SAID POINT BEING MARKED BY A FOUND _” IRON BAR; THENCE SOUTH 01 DEGREES 20 MINUTES 04 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID QUARTER, A DISTANCE OF 658.66 FEET; THENCE DEPARTING SAID WEST LINE NORTH 88 DEGREES 39 MINUTES 56 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 723.90 FEET TO A POINT IN THE WEST LINE OF THE TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED IN THE EASEMENT DEED DULY RECORDED IN BOOK 979 AT PAGE 572 IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE (THE “EASEMENT TRACT”), SAID POINT BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 40 MINUTES 12 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 21.14 FEET TO A POINT IN THE EAST LINE OF THE TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED IN THE DEDICATION DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 1582 AT PAGE 590 IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE; THENCE SOUTH 17 DEGREES 34 MINUTES 12 SECONDS WEST ALONG SAID EAST LINE, A DISTANCE OF 17.85 FEET; THENCE CONTINUING ALONG SAID EAST LINE SOUTH 01 DEGREES 19 MINUTES 49 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 284.38 FEET; THENCE DEPARTING SAID EAST LINE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 48 MINUTES 53 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 20.00 FEET TO A POINT IN THE WEST LINE OF SAID EASEMENT TRACT; THENCE NORTH 01 DEGREES 19 MINUTES 49 SECONDS WEST ALONG SAID WEST LINE, A DISTANCE OF 287.65 FEET; THENCE CONTINUING ALONG SAID WEST LINE NORTH 17 DEGREES 34 MINUTES 13 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 14.33 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, AND CONTAINING 6.042 SQUARE FEET OR 0.139 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS.
