In The Matter of the Estate of BILL J. MCALLISTER, a/k/a BILLY JOE MCALLISTER, Deceased.

NOTICE OF HEARING FOR PROBATE OF WILL

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of BILL J. MCALLISTER, a/k/a BILLY JOE MCALLISTER, Deceased, that on the 26th day of March, 2013, BETTY JO MCALLISTER produced and filed in the District Court of ROGERS COUNTY, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of BILL J. MCALLISTER a/k/a BILLY JOE MCALLISTER, Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to BETTY JO MCALLISTER, and requesting that the Court determine the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees.

Pursuant to an Order of said Court made on the 26th day of March, 2013, notice is hereby given that the 22nd day of April, 2013, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock a.m. of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will at the District Court room in the Courthouse in the City of Claremore, ROGERS COUNTY, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
