STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO:
MISSION OF JESUS THE CHRIST CHURCH;
TAKE NOTICE that the Plaintiff, DOROTHY KALLSTROM, has filed her Petition to Quiet Title in the above styled case in District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, and that you must answer the Petition of the Plaintiff on filed in this case on or before the 12th day of June, 2013, or the allegations of the Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you:
Determining that the Defendant herein does not have any right, title and interest in and to the property involved herein and,
Determining that the Quit Claim Deed from Loren Kallstrom and Dorothy Kallstrom, husband and wife, to Mission of Jesus the Christ Church, dated March 6, 1992, and recorded in Book 875 at page 679 of the records of the County Clerk of Rogers County, Oklahoma, covering the real property hereinafter described, is a nullity and that it should be cancelled of record; and,
Determining that the Plaintiff, DOROTHY KALLSTROM, is the owner of and is in the possession of the following described real property and premises, having title thereto by conveyances of record and by adverse possession; and,
Quieting the title of the Plaintiff, DOROTHY KALLSTROM, in and to the real property and premises situate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, and described as:
Lot 8 in Block 2 of HOFFMAN ACRES, a Subdivision in Section 11, Township 21 North, Range 14 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof,
and decreeing that the Defendant to this action does not have any right, title or interest in or with respect to said property or any part thereof, and perpetually barring, restraining and enjoining said defendant and all other persons claiming by or through it from ever making or asserting or attempting to make or assert any claim of right, title or interest in or to said property or any part thereof.
You are referred to the Petition filed herein for further particulars.
