SERVICE OF SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION NOTICE

You, Lacey Matos, are hereby notified that an action has been filed in the District Court for Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2012-192, styled “Julia Upshaw vs. Lacey Mathos.” The action alleges that Defendant Lacey Matos was negligent in causing an auto accident on May 17, 2010, and owes Plaintiff damages for personal injury and property damage.

You are hereby notified that you have been sued in this action and must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before June 10, 2013 or the allegations contained in said Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be entered in favor of Julia Upshaw more than $75,000.00 together with interest and costs.
