NOTICE IS GIVEN to Jack Tuggle; Dena Tuggle; John Doe, Occupant that on July 11, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1 OF PORT VALLEY, A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 15 EAST OF THE I.B.&M., ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 212 N. Valley Drive, Catoosa, OK 74015
subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $135,000.00.
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-245, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association is Plaintiff and Jack Tuggle and Dena Tuggle is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $122,736.06 together with interest at 6% per annum from October 1, 2011, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $690.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
