NOTICE IS GIVEN that on the 14 day of May, 2013 at 10:00 o’clock A.M., of that day of the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office in the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of Rogers County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, described as follows, to-wit:

Sale will be made pursuant to Special Execution and Order of Sale issued in accordance with judgment and decree entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-398 styled:

vs.

Rebecca S. Johnson Walz aka Rebecca Johnson, Arrow Financial Services, LLC, The unknown spouse of Rebecca S. Johnson Walz aka Rebecca Johnson, if any, Defendants.

to satisfy the judgment and lien in the sum of $53,233.55, for the further sum of $2,500.00 for an attorney fee, abstracting expenses in the amount of $725.00 and the costs of this action accrued and accruing, the total of the sums to bear interest at the legally allowed rate per annum until paid, whereof all of the sums remain unpaid  Said property has an appraised value of $72,000.00.
