Notice is hereby given that on the 9 day of May, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. in the Sheriff’s Office courtroom located at 201 South Cherokee, Claremore, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder the following-described real property:
The N1/2 of Tract #13 of Bryanwood Estates, a Subdivision of the W1/2 of SE1/4 of Section 11, Township 21 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof
Together with a 1995, 28x60 Clayton Homes, Model: Apalachin Heartlanders Manufactured Home Serial Number CAP00244TNABHL6000.
Sale will be made pursuant to Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the Office of the Court Clerk in and for Rogers County, Oklahoma, in pursuance of the in personam judgment entered on March 13, 2013, in the District Court in and for Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-676, GUILD MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, vs. DAVID L. VAN former spouse of CHRISTINE L. VAN a/k/a CHRISTINE LINETTE VAN; CHRISTINE L. VAN a/k/a CHRISTINE LINETTE VAN, a single person; and HILLCREST HOSPITAL CLAREMORE, Defendants, and the execution was issued to satisfy said judgment for the principal sum of $52,400.65 with interest thereon from April 1, 2010 at the rate of 8.375% per annum until paid; plus $738.34 in late fees; accruing late fees; abstracting costs in the amount of $300.00; insurance, taxes and property preservation in the amount of $3,635.94; attorney’s fees in the amount of $900.00, together with interest thereon at the same rate from the date of said judgment until paid, and for the costs of this action.
The property has been appraised according to law at: $60,000.00.
