Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an execution and order of sale issued out of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, on the 11 day of February, 2014, in an action wherein Mortgage Clearing Corporation was Plaintiff and Louis Dean Bradley a/k/a Louis Bradley; Heather Hope Bradley; Occupants of the Premises of 20227 E. 410 Rd., Chelsea, OK 74016; Claremore Regional Hospital, LLC; State of Oklahoma ex rel Oklahoma Tax Commission were Defendants, directed to the Sheriff of Rogers County, Oklahoma, commanding that he levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

The E/2 of SE/4 of SW/4 in Section 35, Township 23 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof.

to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against Louis Dean Bradley a/k/a Louis Bradley; Heather Hope Bradley; Claremore Regional Hospital, LLC, obtained and made in said Court on the 5th day of February, 2014, on its cause of action wherein the court found that there was due the amounts of $60,898.36 principal, interest from the 1st day of September, 2011 at the rate of 6.500 per cent per annum, late charges in the amount of $725.40, escrow shortage of $2074.18, abstracting and any other advancements made by Plaintiff for protection and preservation of the property in the amount of $1273.50, attorney’s fees in the amount of $2500.00, all as of November 26, 2013, and the costs, all accrued and accruing herein, he will on the 10 day of April, 2014, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. of said day at the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office Lobby, 201 South Cherokee, Claremore, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $70,000.00.

The name of any person or unknown successor of any person whose actual address is unknown who has an interest in said property is: Louis Dean Bradley a/k/a Louis Bradley; Heather Hope Bradley; Claremore Regional Hospital LLC.
