Notice is hereby given that CLAREMORE PUBLIC SCHOOLS has begun the process of examining alternate proposals to its present food service management program. A meeting with interested bidders to review the specifications, to clarify any questions, and for a walk-through of the facilities will be on April 22, 2013 at 2:30 a.m. Attendance is required. Fax any technical issue and specification questions pertaining to the RFP to the District at 918-341-5651 no later than 3:00 p.m. on April 18, 2013. The site tour will begin following the preproposal conference. Prospective bidders are to notify the District of their intent to participate by 3:00 p.m. on April 18, 2013. One original and one copy of the sealed proposals are to be submitted to Claremore Public Schools, 102 W. 10th Street, Claremore, OK 74017. Public opening will be at 3:00 p.m. on May 10, 2013.
