NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
Sealed proposals from Contractors / Suppliers for the Rogers County Courthouse (5th Bid – Jury & Witness Chairs ONLY) will be received by the Rogers County Board of County Commissioners (the “Owner”), in the office of the County Clerk, 219 S. Missouri, Room 1-104, Claremore, OK 74017, until 1:00 p.m. CST, on Tuesday January 22nd, 2013, proposals will be opened and read aloud at the Rogers County Courthouse in the Commissioners Meeting Room located on the first floor of the existing courthouse at 219 S. Missouri Ave in Claremore, OK at 2:00 p.m. CST, on Tuesday January 22nd, 2013.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday January 18th, 2013 at 10:00am at the Flintco Job Office, 421 W Patti Page Blvd – Claremore, OK 74017.
The Contract and Bidding Documents are available for examination at the jobsite office of Flintco, LLC, by appointment between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Call (918) 923-6270 for an appointment. Copies of the contract and bidding documents, including the drawings and specifications, may also be reviewed at the Dodge Plan Room, Southwest Construction News and Bid News Construction Reports. Flintco, LLC is bidding this package for Rogers County. The awarded contract for this package will be directly with Rogers County.
All Bidders for this project are required to meet all qualification requirements as established in these bid documents. Furthermore, each Bidder may not withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
