NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
Sealed proposals from Contractors / Suppliers for the Rogers County 911 will be received by the Rogers County Board of County Commissioners (the “Owner”), in the office of the County Clerk, 219 S. Missouri, Room 1-104, Claremore, OK 74017, until 1:00 p.m. CST, on Thursday, January 31st, 2013, proposals will be opened and read aloud at the county building at 416 S. Brady, Claremore, OK 74017 at 1:30 p.m. CST, on Thursday, January 31st, 2013.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday January 23rd at 1:00pm at the Rogers County Courthouse, 3rd floor, 219 S. Missouri.
The Contract and Bidding Documents are available for examination at the jobsite office of Flintco, LLC, 421 W Patti Page Blvd – Claremore, OK 74017, by appointment between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Call (918) 923-6270 for an appointment. Copies of the contract and bidding documents, including the drawings and specifications, may also be reviewed at the Dodge Plan Room, Southwest Construction News and Bid News Construction Reports.
Subcontractors may also obtain a set of plans and specifications through Flintco, LLC. Contact BJ Fay, at (918) 923-6270. A refundable deposit of $100.00 is required.
All Bidders for this project are required to meet all qualification requirements as established in these bid documents. Furthermore, each Bidder may not withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening of bids.
