NOTICE OF HEARING RETURN OF SALE OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that Richard J. Hoar, Personal Representative of the Estate of Mary Kathryn Stewart, Deceased, has presented for confirmation and filed in this Court his Return of Sale of all of the right, title and interest of said decedent to the real property located at 13729 East 500 Road, Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, and legally described as:
A tract of land in the E1/2 of SW1/4 of SE1/4 of Section 15, Township 21 North, Range 16 East of the I.B.&M., more particularly described as: Beginning at a point 255.3 feet West of the Southeast corner of said SE1/4 of SW1/4 of SE1/4, thence N. 1˚10’E. along a chain link fence 240 feet, thence East parallel to the South line of said SE1/4 of SW1/4 of SE1/4, 181.5 feet, thence S. 1˚10’ W. 240 feet to the South line of said SE1/4 of SW1/4 of SE1/4, thence West on the South line 181.5 feet to the point of beginning.
Said real property was sold at public auction, by and through the services of Mr. Ed’s Auction Company, to David M. Kimball and Judith Ann Kimball, husband and wife, as joints tenants with right of survivorship, for the sum of $115,000.00 in cash. Reference is made to said Return of Sale for further particulars.
The tangible personal property was sold to numerous persons for the sum of $1,259.00 in cash. Reference is made to said Return of Sale for further particulars.
A hearing on said Return of Sale has been set for the 9th day of December, 2013 at 9:00 o’clock a.m. before Sheila A. Condren, Judge of the District Court, in the District Courtroom 3, Rogers County Courthouse, in said county and state, at which time and place any person interested may appear and show cause, if any there by, why such sales should not be confirmed.
