PUBLISHED IN THE CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS, CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, APRIL 19, 2013.

Pursuant to Title 19, O.S. Section 866.1 to 866.36 a public hearing will be held by the Town of Verdigris, Board of Adjustment, on MONDAY, MAY 1, 2013 at 6:00 pm in the VERDIGRIS TOWN MEETING ROOM, 25757 S. HWY 66 IN VERDIGRIS, OKLAHOMA to hear the application of KKCK DEFENSE, L.L.C. has applied for a ZONING VARIANCE FROM SEC. 3.14 OF THE VERDIGRIS ZONING ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE SIGN CODE ON THE PROPERTY IN A C-4 ZONING DISTRICT

A tract of land in the NW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 11, Township 20 North, Range 15 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, being more particularly described as follows:  Commencing at the Northwest corner of the NW1/4 of said Section 11; thence S89˚46’31” E, along the North line of said Section, a distance of 900.00 feet; thence S00˚13’29”W perpendicular to said North line and along the West boundary line of Verdigris Valley View 1st Addition as recorded in Book 371 Page 548, a distance of 173.00 feet to a found  #3 rebar with cap stamped ‘PLS 1283’; thence N89˚46’31” W, parallel to the North line of said Section, a distance of 89.82 feet to a found #3 rebar with cap stamped ‘PLS 1283’; thence N41˚37’26”W a distance of 153.17 feet to a point on the present Southeast right-of-way line of Highway 66 to a found #3 rebar with cap stamped ‘PLS 1283’; thence S53˚36’45”W, along said Southeast right-of-way line, a distance of 289.75 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S53˚36’45”W and along said Southeast right-of-way line, a distance of 146.01 feet; thence S67˚30’14”E a distance of 308.87 feet to the Southeasterly corner of DG Verdigirs, an Addition to the Town of Verdigris, Rogers County, Oklahoma, recorded in Book 2192 Page 496 and a found #3 rebar with cap stamped ‘LS 1289’; thence N22˚29’46” E a distance of 125.00 feet; thence N67˚30’14”W a distance of 233.41 feet to the point of beginning.
