TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by MidFirst Bank, and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before November 1, 2013, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you, awarding the Plaintiff a first mortgage lien upon the following described real estate situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

The West 924 feet of the South Half of South Half of Northwest Quarter of Northwest quarter (S/2 S/2 NW/4 NW/4) of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township Nineteen (19) North, Range Seventeen (17) East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof.  Together with manufactured home described as a Clayton Pinehurst mobile home, Serial Number CSS005223TXAB
