NOTICE OF SALE OF LAND UNDER EXECUTION

Notice is hereby given that on the 31 day of October, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. in the Sheriff’s Office lobby located at 201 South Cherokee, Claremore, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder the following-described real property:

Lot 15 in Block 3 of PRESTON LAKES, an Addition to the City of Owasso, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof

Sale will be made pursuant to Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the Office of the Court Clerk in and for Rogers County, Oklahoma, in pursuance of the in personam judgment as to JAMIER SILVA-MEJIA and in rem judgment as to JAMIE D. SILVA ENTERED ON AUGUST 27, 2013, in the District Court in and for Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2013-215, PRIORITY BANK, Plaintiff, vs. JAVIER SILVA-MEJIA and JAMIE D. SILVA, husband and wife; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ex rel. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE-RURAL HOUSING, SERVICE; COMMUNITY ACTION RESOURCE AND DEVELOPMENT, INC. a/k/a COMMUNITY ACTION RESOURCE & DEVELOPMENT, INC.; and PRESTON LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC. a/k/a PRESTON LAKES ASSOCIATION, an Oklahoma not-for-profit corporation, Defendants, and the execution was issued to satisfy said judgment for the principal sum of $12,105.61 with interest thereon from November 25, 2012 at the rate of 7.750% per annum until paid; plus $98.49 in late fees; accruing late fees; abstracting costs in the amount of $200.00; attorney’s fees in the amount of $1,200.00, together with interest thereon at the same rate from the date of said judgment until paid, and for the costs of this action.

The property has been appraised according to law at: $90,000.00.
