PUBLISHED IN THE CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS, CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, OCTOBER 18 & 25, 2013.

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

District Court No. CJ-2013-258

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an execution and order of sale issued out of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, on the 4 day of October, 2013, in an action wherein Mortgage Clearing Corporation was Plaintiff and Stan Cline a/k/a Stanley Cline; Shannon Cline; Occupants of the Premises, 919 N. Chickasaw Ave., Claremore, OK 74017 were Defendants, directed to the Sheriff of Rogers County, Oklahoma, commanding that he levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

Lot 1 in Block 14 of The City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof

to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and Stan Cline a/k/a Stanley Cline; Shannon Cline, obtained and made in said Court  on the 30th day of September, 2013, on its cause of action wherein the court found that there was due the amount of, as of August 12, 2013, in the principal sum of $100,044.48,  interest from the 1st day of January, 2013, at the rate of 4.250 per cent per annum, late charges in the amount of $154.40, escrow shortage of $368.65, abstracting and any other advancements made by Plaintiff for protection and preservation of the property in the amount of $565.00, attorneys fees in the amount of $2500.00, and the costs, all accrued and accruing herein, he will on the 3 day of December 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day at the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office Courtroom, 201 South Cherokee, Claremore, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $122,000.00.

The name of any person or unknown successor of any person whose actual address is unknown who has an interest in said property is: Stan Cline a/k/a Stanley Cline; Shannon Cline.
