PUBLISHED IN THE CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS, CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, NOVEMBER 5, 2013. 
ORDINANCE 2013-19
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PARCEL OF LAND IN BLOCK 91 CLAREMORE ORIGINAL TOWNSITE AND BEING A PART OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 16 EAST OF THE I.B.&M., ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, FROM CG (COMMERCIAL GENERAL) TO RM-1 (RESIDENTIAL MULTIFAMILY MEDIUM-LOW INTENSITY) AND DIRECTING THE APPROPRIATE AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, AS FOLLOWS.
Section 1. Pursuant to the recommendation of the City of Claremore-Rogers County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission, the zoning designation and/or classification of the following described real property located within the City of Claremore, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
The North 60 feet of the East 30 feet of Lot 2 an the North 60 feet of Lot 3 Block 91 Claremore Original Townsite, and being a part of Section 9, Township 21 North, Range 16 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, (223 N. Weenonah Avenue.)
is hereby changed from CG (Commercial General District) to RM-1 (Residential Multifamily Medium-Low Intensity)
Section 2. The City of Claremore-Rogers County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission is hereby directed to amend the zoning map of the City of Claremore to reflect the above.
PASSED AND APPROVED in regular session this 7th  day of October, 2013.
