THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, TO: William R. Allison and Kathy L. Allison, if living or if dead, the names or whereabouts of said Defendant(s)’ unknown successors, if any.

TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Wells Fargo Bank, NA, in the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, and that you must answer the Petition on or before February 12, 2013, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you awarding Plaintiff a first lien upon the following described real estate, situated in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

ALONG THE EAST LINE THEREOF, A DISTANCE OF 221.00 FEET; THENCE S89˚48’32” W. AND PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID S1/2 OF SE1/4 OF NE1/4, A DISTANCE OF 828.00 FEET; THENCE N. 84˚32’16” W. A DISTANCE OF 129.00 FEET; THENCE S. 04˚48’18” W. A DISTANCE OF 234.50 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID S1/2 OF SE1/4 OF NE1/4; THENCE N.89˚48’32” E. ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE A DISTANCE OF976.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

That there is attached to the real property a certain mobile/manufactured home, to wit: a 1981 (Year), CAMEO 772 (MAKE AND MODEL), C3060TAC3060TB (VIN/Serial number), N365420 (Title Number).
