THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS OF PEARL BIRD aka PEARL BALDRIDGE
The above stated Defendants will take notice that the Plaintiff, Tinker Federal Credit Union, filed its Petition in the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, against the above named Defendants, and said Defendants must answer said Petition on or before the 19th day of December, 2013, or said Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against said Defendants IN REM establishing a lien as to the above named Defendants, and declaring a lien exists on the following described real estate, to-wit:
The Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Twenty-One (21) North, Range Seventeen (17) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the Government Survey thereof, LESS and EXCEPT the S/2 of the S/2 of SE/4 of NE/4 of Section 12, Township 21 North, Range 17 East, Rogers County, Oklahoma
and a IN REM judgment will be rendered on the promissory note against the Defendants as to the above property, as to The unknown successors of PEARL BIRD aka PEARL BALDRIDGE, and adjudging that default has been made in said note and that Plaintiff has a valid, judgment lien on said real estate in the total amount of $7,343.60 together with interest after 10/22/2013, on the principal balance of $7,255.19, at the rate of 4.5 percent per annum until paid, and thereafter at the said interest rate, until paid, together with attorney’s fees, and all costs of this action, and declaration of judgment lien, for all which judgment will be taken.
