Section 866. 1 to 866.36 a public hearing will be held by the City of Claremore-Rogers County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission on TUESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. in the Rogers County Court House, 200 S. Government Survey thereof, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the NW corner of said NW/4 NW/4 Section 36, thence South 89 48’39” East along the North line of the said NW/4 NW/4 a distance of 253.97 feet; thence South 1 28’10” West a distance of 730.93 feet; thence North 87 54’58”West a distance of 235.38 feet more or less to the West line of said NW/4 NW/4; thence North along said West line a distance of 723.0 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning, LESS that part conveyed to Rogers County as described in Warranty Deed filed in Book 171 at Page 246, records of the County Clerk, Rogers County, Oklahoma.
