PUBLISHED IN THE CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS, CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, APRIL 5, 2013.

Pursuant to Title 11, O.S. a public hearing will be held by the City of Catoosa Board of Adjustment on, Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Hall Complex, 214 S. Cherokee, Catoosa, Oklahoma to hear the application of CATOOSA HILLS, LLC., has applied for SPECIAL EXCEPTION #2013-01 SE: IN A CH ZONING DIST. To allow the following: Special exception to allow the lot owners of the lots abutting the southerly boundary of the property to be exempt from the screening and fencing requirements of the Catoosa Zoning Code (the “Code”) as set forth in Section 216, Section 1215, and Section 1306.
