NOTICE IS GIVEN to Jeffery Haff; Spouse, if any, of Jeffery Haff; John Doe, Occupant; Homeward Residential, Inc. f/k/a American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. successor by merger to Option One Mortgage Corporation; Max Billingsly that on October 10, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $75,000.00.
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2013-56, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2005-OPT4, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-OPT4 is Plaintiff and Jeffery Haff is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $72,004.95 together with interest at 7.5% per annum from March 1, 2012, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $250.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
