THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, TO: Valorie D. Maxey and Spouse, if any of Valorie D. Maxey, if living or if dead, the names or whereabouts of said Defendant(s)’ unknown successors, if any.
TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Green Tree Servicing, LLC, in the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, and that you must answer the Petition on or before November 4, 2013, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you awarding Plaintiff a first lien upon the following described real estate, situated in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
A TRACT OF LAND IN THE NORTH HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (N/2 SE/4 NW/4) OF SECTION (30), TOWNSHIP TWENTY (20) NORTH, RANGE SIXTEEN (16) EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT SURVEY THEREOF, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT A POINT 508 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID N/2 SE/4 NW/4; THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE THEREOF, 215 FEET; THENCE SOUTH TO THE NORTH LINE OF COUNTY ROAD; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID COUNTY ROAD TO A POINT DUE SOUTH OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

For the sum of $119,777.03, with interest from December 1, 2012, at 4 percent per annum, together with a reasonable attorney’s fee, $225.00 for abstracting, advances for taxes, insurance and property preservation, and the costs of this action, and ordering said property sold to satisfy said judgment, and forever barring you and all persons claiming by, through or under you from ever setting up or asserting any right, title, equity or interest in and to said real estate adverse to the right and title of the purchaser at said foreclosure sale, and for such other and further relief to which it may be entitled.
