Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an execution and order of sale issued out of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, on the 27 day of August, 2013, in an action wherein BOKF, N.A., successor in interest to Bank of Oklahoma, N.A., was Plaintiff and Desire Pierre-Louis and Gina Pierre-Louis, et al., were Defendants, directed to the Sheriff of Rogers County, Oklahoma, commanding that he levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Rogers County, Oklahoma, as described on the attached
LOT TWELVE (12), BLOCK FIVE (5), RANCH ACRES ESTATES V, AN ADDITION TO ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, LOCATED IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST OF THE I.B.&M., ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF,
to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against Desire Pierre-Louis and Gina Pierre-Louis, et al., obtained and made in said Court on the 27th day of August, 2013, on its cause of action wherein court found there was due $118,294.35, together with interest thereon until paid at the rate of 5.0% per annum from July 1, 2012, plus late charges, plus costs accrued and accruing costs and attorneys’ fees of $4,500.00, plus $490.00 abstract expense, and plus title examination fee; he will on the 22 day of October, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day in the Sheriff’s Office Lobby, 201 South Cherokee, Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $145,000.00.
The name of any person or unknown successor of any person whose actual address is unknown who has an interest in said property is: Desire Pierre-Louis; Gina Pierre-Louis; Ranch Acres Estates V Association, or, if no longer in existence, its Unknown Officers and Successors.
