NOTICE IS GIVEN to Eilef J. Erickson; Joann Erickson; John Doe, Occupant; Harry Mortgage Co. that on October 10, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2013-96, wherein Beneficial Financial I Inc. successor by merger to Beneficial Oklahoma Inc. is Plaintiff and Eilef J. Erickson and Joann Erickson is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $61,960.38 together with interest at 8.48% per annum or at the current adjustable rate from May 28, 2011, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $790.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
