At a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Northwest Rogers County Fire Protection District held July 09, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Station One building in Oologah, Oklahoma, a resolution was adopted to hold a bond election to incur an indebtedness by issuing bond, promissory notes or other evidences of indebtedness not to exceed $1,000,000.00 as follows:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 12th day of November, 2013, from 7:00 o’clock a.m. to 7:00 o’clock p.m., the NORTHWEST ROGERS COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT will hold a Bond Election with voting to take place at all regular polling places within the District for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of the District the following question:
Shall the Northwest Rogers County Fire Protection District incur an indebtedness by issuing bond, promissory notes or other evidences of indebtedness not to exceed $1,000,000.00 to provide funds for the purpose of: a) acquiring or leasing fire station sites; b) acquiring or leasing trucks and equipment; c) constructing fire stations; d) paying for miscellaneous engineering legal and similar costs incident to (i) cost projections, (ii) design and engineering work, (iii) acquisition of funds to defray all the foregoing, said bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness to bear interest at the rate, not to exceed the next maximum Farmers Home Administration Rate, payable solely from assessments heretofore levied or hereafter levied only as provided by law in installments for a term not to exceed forty (40) years. Provided, that should funds be left over in any of the aforementioned categories that the District’s Board of Directors may by majority vote transfer such funds to another category, but in no event shall the entire indebtedness exceed $1,000,000.00.
The election will be held November 12, 2013, and all polling places within the District will be open for voting.
