NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

D.C. No. CJ-2013-133

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an execution and order of sale issued out of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, on the 23 day of October, 2013, in an action wherein BOKF, N.A., a National Banking Association d/b/a Bank of Oklahoma, as Successor in Interest by Merger to Bank of Oklahoma, N.A., was Plaintiff and Diana Kay Sullivan, a single person, et al., were Defendants, directed to the Sheriff of Rogers County, Oklahoma, commanding that he levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Rogers County, Oklahoma, as described on the attached

A tract of land described as the South 156.4 feet of the West 650 feet of the SW/4 of the SW/4 of the NW/4 in Section 4, Township 22 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government survey thereof, which legal description includes a mobile home described as: 1989 Brookwood Model Commodore VIN #GN00899 AB Title #660689314006,

to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against Diana Kay Sullivan, a single person, et al.,  obtained and made in said Court on the 23 day of October, 2013, on its cause of action wherein court found there was due $83,257.22, together with interest thereon until paid at the rate of 6.25% per annum from September 1, 2012, plus late charges, plus costs accrued and accruing costs and attorneys’ fees of $2,500.00, plus $490.00 abstract expense, and plus title examination fee; he will on the 3 day of December, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day in the Sheriff’s Office Main Lobby, in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $65,000.00.
