Notice is hereby given that on the 17 day of September, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, A.M., Courtroom of the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to real estate ad valorem taxes, superior special assessments and all interest of record, if any, except the Mortgage and interests foreclosed herein on the following described real property, to-wit:
A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Twenty-four (24) North, Range Seventeen (17) East, in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, more particularly described as: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the NW/4 of NE/4 of SW/4, thence South 00 degrees 04’01” East along the West line of said NW/4 of NE/4 of SW/4 a distance of 310.0 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence continuing South 00 degrees 04’01” East a distance of 300.00 feet, thence North 89 degrees 55’ 59” East a distance of 290.4 feet; thence North 00 degrees 04, 01” West a distance of 300.00 feet, thence South 89 degrees 55’ 59” West a distance of 290.4 feet to the point of beginning
