PUBLISHED IN THE CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS, CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, JULY 16 & 23, 2013. 

NOTICE OF SALE

Notice is hereby given to the defendants and all persons having an interest in the property to be sold whose interest is sought to be extinguished that on the 27th day of August, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. in the Rogers County Sheriff's Office, 201 South Cherokee Avenue, Claremore, Oklahoma, Scott Walton, Sheriff of Rogers County, Oklahoma, will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder all that certain property in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

THE NW/4 OF THE NW/4, LOT 4 OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 23 NORTH, RANGE 17, EAST, ACCORDING TO THE U.S. SURVEY THEREOF.

Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale in Foreclosure issued upon a judgment rendered on the 29th day of May, 2013, in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2013-142, wherein International Bank of Commerce, a Texas state banking association, was plaintiff and Daniel G. Johnson, spouse of Estella F. Johnson, et al., were defendants, the said plaintiff recovered a judgment in said Court against said defendants for $21,806.91 principal, together with interest accrued in the amount of $1,102.29 and interest accruing at the rate of $3.56 per day, title report charges of $100.00, late charges of $75.04, court costs of $581.97, an attorney's fee of $2,500.00, and costs and charges accruing.

Said lands and tenements have been appraised according to law at $24,000.00.
