Plaintiffs, Nolan Eugene Chaney and Randy Sue Chaney, are the owners of the following described real property situated in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

All that part of the NE/4 NW/4 NW/4 lying east of the centerline of the existing county road, Section 28, Township 21 North, Range 15 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof

Plaintiffs, Neal George and Christina George are the owners of the following described real property situated in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

All that part of the NE/4 NW/4 NW/4 lying west of the centerline of the existing county road, Section 28, Township 21 North, Range 15 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that you must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiffs on or before the 29th day of May, 2013, or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered for the Plaintiffs and against you quieting the title to said property as a matter of record and by prescription, and admitting that none of the Defendants own any interest in said property of any nature whatsoever and perpetually barring and enjoining said Defendants from ever asserting or attempting to assert any claim with reference to said property adverse to that of the Plaintiffs.  You are hereby referred to the Petition in said case for further particulars.
