NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF LOST WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS DEVISEES AND LEGATEES

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Dewey D. Davidson, deceased, that on the 2nd day of May, 2013, there was produced and filed in this Court an instrument in writing purporting to be a copy of the original Last Will and Testament of Dewey D. Davidson, deceased, and also filed in said Court was a Petition praying for the probate of said Will and an order determining the individual identity of each of the heirs, beneficiaries, legatees and devisees, and that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Darrell G. Davidson, the Personal Representative named in said Will; and that said Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom, Rogers County Courthouse, 200 South Lynn Riggs Blvd., Claremore, Oklahoma, on the 20th day of May, 2013, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M., at which time all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said Petition should not be granted.
